Automation for staffing & workforce
Software for the firms that place people, built by someone who has worked the desk.
What it usually looks like
A recruiter's day disappears into packaging submittals, checking for duplicates, chasing documents and updating statuses — and the handful of candidates actually worth a phone call get whatever attention is left.
Where we stop
We are a software company, not a staffing firm. We do not source, submit or place candidates, we do not run a desk, and we will never compete with you for a placement or a client. That is a deliberate limit, not an omission — it is what makes it safe to let us near your candidate database.
Workflows worth looking at
These are example workflows, not delivered projects. We are a new company and would rather say so than imply a track record we have not earned yet.
- Reading a requisition and a CV against each other, with the evidence cited
- Screening that shows its reasoning instead of returning a silent score
- Submittal packaging, and duplicate submission detection before it costs a client
- ATS and VMS integration, around the system you already run
- Credential, right-to-work and certification tracking with expiry alerts
- Timesheets, approvals, and margin reporting by desk and by client

Candidate screening
Four CVs against one brief, with every verdict quoting the line it came from — and a hard line between a skill someone lacks and one they just did not write down.
