Privacy Policy

This website, twishivplatforms.com, is operated by Twishiv Platforms Private Limited (“Twishiv Platforms”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India. In the language of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy, and you are the Data Principal.

This notice is published in English. If you would rather have it in Hindi or Gujarati, email hello@twishivplatforms.com and we will send you a copy in that language.

We keep this deliberately small. We collect three categories of data.

Information you give us directly. When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, your role, the topic you select, and the message you write. If you email or call us instead, we hold whatever you choose to send.

The automation finder works differently. It runs in your browser and needs no email to show you a result — nothing reaches us while you answer it. If you then choose to ask us for a reply, we receive the email address you enter together with the five answers you gave and the assessment produced from them, so that the reply is about your actual situation rather than a generic one. If you do not ask for a reply, we receive nothing at all.

Please do not include confidential, regulated or special-category information in the enquiry form. It is a first-contact channel, not a secure one. If your project involves sensitive material, say so in general terms and we will arrange an appropriate channel and a non-disclosure agreement before you share details.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, referring page, pages requested and timestamps. This is generated by the act of serving the website and is used for security and fault diagnosis.

Aggregate usage measurement. We count page views and a small number of named actions — for example, that someone completed the automation finder. This runs on our own infrastructure. No cookie is set and no persistent identifier is assigned. We record the page, the country, the type of device and browser, and where the visit came from. Your IP address and browser identification are used only to work out, for one day at a time, whether two requests came from the same person; they are converted into a value that cannot be reversed and are never stored. The key used to do that is discarded and replaced every day, so the same visitor on two days cannot be connected.

This measurement is now entirely our own. Until 24 September 2026 a third-party analytics provider received the same aggregate counts during a changeover; it has been removed, its script no longer loads on any page, and no third party is involved in measuring this site.

Information stored on your device. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking. Two items may be stored in your browser: your light or dark theme preference, and — only if you use the automation finder and then open the contact form — a temporary summary of your answers, which is removed as soon as it has pre-filled the form. Neither is sent to us, and both can be cleared through your browser settings.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

Submitting the enquiry form is voluntary, and doing so is how you give consent for us to contact you about that enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@twishivplatforms.com. Withdrawing consent stops future processing; it does not undo processing that has already lawfully happened.

We will only use your enquiry to respond to that enquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a contact form submission.

We share personal data only with the service providers that make this website and our correspondence work, and only to the extent each needs.

That is the complete list. Reading this website involves our hosting provider and nothing else — there is no third-party analytics, no third-party fonts, no advertising, no social widgets and no embedded content, and fonts are served from our own domain. Web3Forms is involved only at the moment you choose to send us something, and receives only what you typed.

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid order from a court or authority of competent jurisdiction — or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

As the table above shows, some of our providers process data outside India. The DPDP Act permits transfer of personal data outside India except to territories the Central Government restricts by notification. We review our providers against those notifications and will change provider if a restriction affects us.

• Enquiries that do not lead anywhere: deleted within 24 months of our last exchange.
• Enquiries that become client relationships: retained for the life of the engagement and then as required by contract, tax and company law — ordinarily eight years from the end of the relevant financial year.
• Server logs: retained on a short rolling window by our hosting provider, then overwritten.

When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry submissions and our mailbox is limited to staff who need it, protected by strong authentication. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the limited volume and sensitivity of data we hold.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as the DPDP Act requires.

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
• Correction and completion — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed.
• Erasure — have your personal data deleted, unless we are required to retain it by law.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us about how we handle your data.
• Nomination — nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these, email hello@twishivplatforms.com with enough detail for us to identify your records. We respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer. We aim to acknowledge within 7 days and resolve within 30 days.

If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. Consistent with the DPDP Act, we do not track, profile or serve targeted advertising to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects how we use personal data you have already given us, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you directly.
