Twishiv Platforms builds the AI, automation and integration layer that sits between the systems a business already runs and the people who use them.
Most companies selling automation arrive fluent in the technology and learning the business. That order is backwards, and it shows up as projects that automate the process as documented rather than the process as performed.
Twishiv Platforms was founded by an operator rather than a career software engineer — someone who spent years inside business processes, reporting, workflow and the daily reality of systems that do not quite talk to each other. The technical work is built on top of that understanding, not in place of it.
In practice it means the first conversation is about how the work actually gets done, not about which model or platform we would use. Occasionally it means telling someone a process is not worth automating yet. That is a better outcome than a build that never pays for itself.

Most software problems are process problems
The technology is rarely the hard part. Understanding why a team does something the way they do — including the reasons that are not in any document — is what decides whether the automation survives contact with real work.
Replacing systems is usually the wrong answer
Migrations consume a year and a great deal of goodwill. The software a business already runs mostly works; what fails is the space between it. That gap is cheaper to fix and less disruptive to live with.
AI belongs where it beats rules, and nowhere else
Reading documents, matching, classifying, summarising — genuinely useful. Arithmetic, routing and reconciliation should be deterministic and checkable. Using a model where a rule would do makes a system harder to trust and harder to debug.
The interesting question is what happens when it is wrong
Anyone can demonstrate the happy path. The design decisions that matter are the thresholds, the exception routes and the human gates — the parts that decide whether being wrong is a caught error or a silent one.
Where we are
A new company, and plain about it
Twishiv Platforms Private Limited was incorporated in April 2026 and is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We do not publish client logos, case studies or statistics, because we have not earned them yet. When we have work we are allowed to describe, it will appear here with the client’s name on it.
In the meantime, the most useful thing we can offer is a short, paid discovery: we map the workflow, tell you what is genuinely automatable, and hand you a costed plan you keep either way — including if you take it to someone else.
