Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of twishivplatforms.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

These terms cover the Site only. Any engagement to provide services is governed by a separate written agreement — a master services agreement, statement of work or equivalent — and where that agreement conflicts with these terms in relation to the services, that agreement prevails.

The Site is operated by Twishiv Platforms Private Limited, a company incorporated in India.

You may view the Site, and download or print extracts, for your own informational use or to evaluate whether to engage us. That permission is revocable and does not transfer any ownership.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system or network;
• introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site;
• place a disproportionate load on our infrastructure, including by automated scraping or bulk requests;
• submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through the enquiry form;
• reproduce, republish or commercially exploit the content of the Site without our written permission;
• use the Site or its contact details to send unsolicited commercial communications to us.

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, logos, layout and underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Twishiv Platforms Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. The names “Twishiv” and “Twishiv Platforms”, and our logo, are our marks and may not be used without written consent.

Third-party names, marks and technologies referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are named descriptively. Naming a technology does not imply any endorsement, partnership or certification unless we say so explicitly.

When you send us an enquiry, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or proprietary material through the enquiry form — it is a first-contact channel and is not protected by a confidentiality agreement.

We do not claim ownership of your enquiry, and we will not treat unsolicited material you send as confidential unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement. If your project needs that protection, tell us and we will put one in place before you share details.

An enquiry is not an offer, and our reply is not an acceptance. No contract exists between us until both parties sign a written agreement.

Content on the Site is general information about our services. It is not technical, legal, financial or professional advice, and you should not act on it without appropriate advice for your specific circumstances.

The automation opportunity finder produces a structured starting point from the answers you give it. It is not an assessment of your business, not a quotation, and not a commitment. Its output should be treated as a prompt for a conversation rather than a conclusion.

We aim to keep the Site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee either. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice.

Descriptions of services, technologies and timelines are indicative. Examples of workflows shown on the Site are illustrative of what we can build and are not claims of work delivered. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding commitment as to scope, price or delivery date.

The Site may link to third-party websites and relies on third-party services for hosting and form handling. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twishiv Platforms Private Limited, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or connected with your use of the Site.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with your use of the Site is limited to ₹10,000 (ten thousand Indian rupees).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these terms, that is not a waiver of it, and it does not prevent us from enforcing it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of the business.

Entire agreement. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site, and replace any earlier understanding about it.
