Staffing
Software for the firms that place people, built around the ATS you already run — and a company that will never compete with you for a placement.
Where we stop
We sell software to staffing firms and we never run a desk ourselves. We do not source, submit or place candidates, and we will never compete with you for a placement or a client. That limit is deliberate: it is what makes it reasonable to let us near your candidate database.
What we usually hear
- “Half the desk's day goes on packaging submittals and chasing documents.”
- “A duplicate submission cost us a client relationship.”
- “Sixty CVs in an afternoon means a skim for keywords under time pressure.”
- “Credentials and right-to-work expire quietly and get discovered at the worst moment.”
What we do about it
Software is genuinely good at reading every CV against every requirement without getting tired at application forty. It is not good at deciding what a gap means about a person. So ours produces evidence, an explained score and the questions worth asking — and it never removes anyone from the pile.
The work itself
- Reading every CV against every requirement, with the evidence cited line by line
- Packaging a submittal onto a client's format without re-keying it
- Catching a duplicate submission before it goes out
- Tracking credentials and right-to-work before they expire rather than after
- Finding the people already in your database who match a new requirement
What it sits beside
We build around what you already run rather than asking you to move off it. Naming a system here is not a partnership or an endorsement — it is the list of things this work usually has to read from and write back to.

You can check this rather than take it on trust
We have no case studies to show you and we are not going to invent any. What we have instead is the logic itself, running on synthetic data, with every rule on show — and a product of our own you can open in a browser.
- CV screening with its reasoning on show
Four CVs against one brief. Two candidates score within a few points of each other and mean opposite things — because one lacks the skill and the other simply did not write it down.
- Database reactivation
Six decayed records against a new requirement, with each extraction quoted back to the note it came from and the ones holding nothing recoverable graded as such.

Written up at length
Reference notes on this work, written to be useful whether or not you ever talk to us.
How it would start
A paid discovery, fixed fee agreed before it begins, usually one to two weeks. You end up holding a map of the process as it really runs, an architecture, and a costed plan — yours to keep whether or not you build it with us.
